The IntegriFuse Heavy-Duty Weld-End Transition Fitting offers a high-performance solution for joining HDPE piping to steel systems in demanding applications. Engineered from ASTM A106/A53 Schedule 40 carbon steel and HDPE, this transition fitting features a precision-machined, internally beveled weld-end and a molded HDPE fusion end for a seamless, robust mechanical joint.

Internally and externally coated with corrosion-resistant epoxy, the steel side ensures long-term durability and integrity under harsh conditions. Designed to match the Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (MAOP) of SDR 17 piping, this fitting supports up to 125 PSI at 73.4°F.

The transition collar design provides continuous HDPE coverage through the inner diameter, creating a piggable seal and pipe restraint capable of handling thermal stress while preventing corrosion. Each fitting meets or exceeds ASTM D2513 Category 3 mechanical joint standards and is compatible with PE3408, PE4710, and PE100 HDPE resins.
